*Hand deposit your checks and email your statements!
*We check emails until 11pm and by 6 am, even on weekends

*Place advertising in local news papers, Facebook, Craigslist, and our Website.

*We are members of the MLS & can advertise with local Realtors
*List property with local agencies.
*Place signs, pick up signs
*Show unit to prospective tenants
*Screen applicants: Check credit history,to include criminal background check,  
*Previous and current landlord history,  employment and verification of income,    

*Process all legal documents, i.e. Contracts.
*Keep Leases current & up to date    
*Conduct Walk through inspections, detailed documented handwritten walk          

*Take digital pictures burn to CD prior to move-in date
*Collect Rents and Security Deposits
*Bill tenant for any maintenance issues
*Keep current on all State and Federal Laws       
*Provide Tenants with physical address as required by law to pay rent in person.
*Maintain Current rental market rate.

*Disburse Owner's draws and detailed statements by  the 20th of the same
  month as rent collected

*Service of all notices; 3 Day Pay or Quit, Notice to Vacate,
*Court appearances (for evictions)        
*Lock out with U.S Marshals        
*Return of Tenant's Security Deposit
