Robin Russell Haeger is Nancy's daughter and has worked at
NRPM as a Property Manager for 20 years & in Real Estate for 10
years. Since Nancy has decided to Retire Robin will be handling
all your property management needs. Robin knows North County
well as she graduated in 1979 from Vista High School. Robin is
married to Bruce, they have 3 Children Paul & Jessica who are
now Proudly part of the family Business their Grandmother Nancy
started so many years ago. Brian a artist who lives in Mexico.
Robin & her husband are members of North Coast Church. In her
spare time Robin loves to Kayak ,beach camp, crochet, read, and
hang out with her cats Simon & Sophie & her Beloved Gidget a
5lb Chihuahua!!!

Rex have been North County resident"s since 1973. Nancy knows the
schools and area well as she raised two children in Vista. Robin who
works with Nancy and Carlos who lives in Texas. She has 4
grandchildren. She is a member of North Coast Church. In her spare
time Nancy loves to garden, fish, read and play with her 2 schnauzer's
Chloe & Sassy! Nancy has decided to semi retire, she will be in the
office less, 1 days a week. She plans to travel more and spend more
time with her husband of 50 years Rex!

| Paul is Nancy's grandson & Robin's oldest son! Some of you know Paul as he has been serving notices, putting up signs and filling in for several years. With Nancy taking some time off we asked Paul to come on board full time! Paul is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and plans to get his Brokers license. He is in charge of all computer work, website,statements, filing, notices, signs & paying bills. A great plus in having Paul with us is that he can show property at a moments notice and that helps keep those vacancies filled! Paul is planning a May wedding to his fiance Kat. He has a black cat named Sherri! He has been to Ethiopia Africa as a missionary. In his spare time he plays Xbox, loves Stars Wars & is a Comic book fanatic! |

Jessica Elwood is Nancy's granddaughter and Robin's
daughter...She has been with NRPM for 4 years and is our
Office Manager. She is the first person you speak to and the
person who handles all rents, rent issues and repair issues.
Jessica is a great problem solver and a people person. She
handles all move in's and runs this office well.
She recently Married the man of her dreams Gunny Sgt Michael
Elwood, and honeymooned in Hawaii. She spends her time with
her Mini Aussie blue eyed Gunner, her bengal cat Meja . She
enjoys reading, camping and loves UFC!
